There is a lot I love about this image. Firstly, the style - you have succeeded in conveying a terrible sense of dread, filth and fear through this image, and this is exactly what we want from any portrayal of horror, especially with regards to a hospital/morgue. The image is rather dark, like its been smudged and it's hard to make out what lurks in the darkness - this is good. My eye was automatically drawn toward the patch of light on the ground. If i were you, I may not have opted for that sign on the left, unless you needed to include it! The decay on the walls and doors is excellent and the inclusion of the empty bench is thoughtful in adding a feeling of isolation.
Whatever is behind that door at the end, we already know we should be afraid by your portrayal of this hall!
